Fukushima Soneda Tenmangu is located in Tenjin-chyo, a little bit north from Fukushima central area. It is surrounded by Fukushima No.4 Primary School and Fukushima No.4 Junior High as well as Fukushima High School. Students going to and from the school show little interest in it.

　The wall surrounding the shrine says that it was built between 1935 and 1944. "Shadenn"(the main building of the shrine) has long been exposed by rain and wind, and because of that, some timber is in bad condition.
